Evaluación de las operaciones logísticas para la empresa Servientrega de la ciudad del Tena

Abstract
El objetivo de este estudio fue mejorar los procesos logísticos en Servientrega en Tena mediante la identificación de estrategias y la creación de indicadores logísticos. Se utilizó un enfoque mixto, combinando métodos cuantitativos y cualitativos, incluyendo encuestas, entrevistas y fichas de observación. La investigación, de carácter no experimental y transversal, se realizó de abril a agosto de 2023, recopilando datos bibliográficos y de campo. La población de estudio incluyó a 8 empleados y 60.281 clientes, con una muestra de 383 personas. Todos los colaboradores coincidieron en la necesidad de un plan logístico para optimizar operaciones. Las entrevistas revelaron problemas en los tiempos de entrega, y las observaciones mostraron deficiencias en el almacenamiento y manejo de mercancías.
